Attorney Juan Penaflor of Dallas; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas provided Juan Carolos Penaflor with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School.

The 193rd District Court of Dallas County found Juan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Juan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Juan practices with the JCP Law Firm at 1140 Empire Central Drive in Dallas, Texas.
