Attorney Lonnie Woods of Arlington, TX; serial offender

The state of Texas provided Lonnie Woods with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Lonnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Lonnie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand and one (1) complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Lonnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Lonnie practices at 600 Six Flags Drive in Arlington, Texas.
