Attorney Paul Tammen of San Diego; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Paul Wesley Tammen with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from National University Law School in San Diego.

National University is a 4^th tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted into mainstream schools like UCLA, UC Davis, USC or the University of San Francisco.

The State Bar Court found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to accurate account for settlements funds that had not been disbursed
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Paulie!)
• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)
• Filed suit despite client instructions to not do so
• Abandoned client’s lawsuit resulting in it being dismissed by trial court
• Failed to keep client informed of significant developments in client case
• Failed to advise client his case could be dismissed for lack of prosecution

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
