Attorney Barry Koch of Virginia Beach; ethical gnome

The state of Virginia presented Barry Randolph Koch with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client’s domestic relations matter
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to perform little or no work on client matter for 4 to 6 months
• Failed to respond to more than 20 client phone calls

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Barry practices with Inman & Strickler PC at 575 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
