• Failed to comply with continuing legal educations requirements

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Phil!)

Matty’s 4^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 6 months

• Convicted of unlawful phone use, threatening harm
• Convicted of possession of THC
• Convicted of possession of cocaine
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Phil!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
