Attorney Philip Shepherd of Fond du Lac, WI; crooked loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Philip A. Shepherd with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Hamline University Law School.

The State Bar Court found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay mandatory annual bar dues
• Failed to file trust account certification
• Failed to comply with continuing legal education requirements
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to provide client with accounting
• Failed to refund unearned fees (crook)
• Failed to take steps to complete work on client’s behalf re: sale of farm
• Failed to inform client of status of matter
• Failed to place advance fees into his trust account
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Willfully failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Phil!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Pam by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and an order to reimburse his client (victim) $662.00.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Phil practices with the Shepherd Law Offices LLC in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
