Attorney David Achord of San Diego; convicted wife beater

The state of California presented David Thaddeus Achord with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of California Davis Law School.

The State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to resisting an officer, a misdemeanor
• Pled guilty to Inflicting Corporal Injury on Spouse, a felony
• Sentenced to 3 years of probation, monitored by SCRAM device, and fined $1,944

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Thor by gifting him with a complimentary interim suspension.  

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Thor practices the San Diego Injury Law Center at 4025 Camino Del Sio South in San Diego, California.
