Attorney Robert Cortinez of Little Rock; cheater, repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented Robert Ray Cortinez with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

Prior to the two (2) instances of misconduct set forth below, Greg received two (2) complimentary cautions and one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

Bobby’s 4^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Charged a clearly unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Charged client $5,700 for alleged work for release of husband from hospital to nursing home which was deemed to be unreasonable given the amount of work he performed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary caution.
