Attorney Stephen Hunter of White Hall, AR; slacker, repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented Stephen Kyle Hunter with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal
  • Withdrew client representation w/o court approval
  • Failed to timely file trial court record with appellate court

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Stevie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (April 2019), Stevie practices at 1700 Barney Lane in White Hall, Arkansas.
