Attorney Franklin Brabson of Nashville; lying loser

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Franklin Delano Brabson with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Received $3,000 of client funds in cash that he stated he gave to his client
  • Client denied receipt of the $3,000 in cash
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  • Determined that Frankie lied about give client $3,000 in cash
  • Lied under oath when testifying at ethics hearing (perjury)
  • Failed to inform client about loss of her funds
  • Improperly disbursed funds from trust fund before checks had cleared

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Tennessee are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Frankie was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Frankie practices at 2300 21st Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee.
