Attorney Stanley Komack of West Springfield, MA; lying fraudster

The state of Massachusetts presented Stanley D. Komack with a law license in 1976 after he graduated Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Stan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Filed false HUD-1 settlement statement with a bank
• Submitted insurance binder containing false info to bank

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. December 2017) Stan practices with Record Title & Law Offices at 117 Park Avenue in West Springfield, Massachusetts.
