Attorney John Robeznieks of Palatine, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented John O. Robeznieks with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Distributed real estate escrow funds to client w/o consent of other party
• Failed to render accounting to other party re: escrow funds
• Made false statements to impede disciplinary investigation (Screw you, said Johnny!)
• Took $60,000 loan from a client without making proper disclosures

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (June 2018), Johnny practices at 738 East Dundee Road in Palatine, Illinois.
