Attorney Anthony Cuda of Oak Park, IL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Illinois presented Anthony Cuda with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Northern Illinois University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tony improperly He advanced $16,515 to nine different clients while representing them in pending or contemplated litigation. The advances were made to cover their living expenses, credit card bills, and child support payments.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (June 2018), Tony practices with the Cuda Law Offices Ltd. at 6525 North Avenue in Oak Park, Illinois.
