Attorney Katherine Rodosky of Chicago; lying fraudster

The state of Illinois presented Katherine Ann Rodosky with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Penn State University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kathy assisted other lawyers in filing pleadings in federal class action litigation where material information was omitted and misrepresented regarding the intent of the plaintiffs’ lawyers to collect contingent fees from their clients.

The contingent fee was to be collected notwithstanding the fact that the lawyers were going to also receive court-awarded fees from a settlement fund established by the defendant in the case.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (August 2018), Kathy practices with Schueler Dallavo & Casieri at 233 S Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois.
