Attorney Anthony Capozzi of Fresno; serial cheerleader for Judicial Misfit

The state of California presented Anthony Patrick Capozzi with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law.

Tony decided to once again prove that he is California’s Premier Judicial Misfit Apologist and Enabler. In this instance, Tony went to bat for Judge Gary Kreep of San Diego who was found guilty of engaging in a variety of egregious misconduct.

Even though Superior Court Judges Michael B. Harper of Weaverville and Erica Yew of San Jose voted to remove Kreep from the bench, Tony determined that he only deserved a so-called “severe censure,” whatever the hell that means.

Hopefully, Judge Kreep has agreed to reimburse Tony for the costs he incurred in purchasing a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads for the purpose of genuflecting in The Creep’s honor.
