Attorney Alan Stewart of Appleton, WI; thieving loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Alan R. Stewart with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from John Marshall School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Alan!)
  • Failed to perform any meaningful work on behalf of client
  • Failed to respond to numerous client calls and emails
  • Failed to refund unearned fee of $4,400 (thief)
  • Failed to return clients’ product sample and papers upon request
  • Ordered to reimburse clients $12,400 re: unearned fees to two clients
  • Failed to file nonprovisional patent application on client’s behalf
  • Failed to refund client’s $8,000 unearned advance fee

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Alan practiceswith Stewart Intellectual Property Law at 46 Brentwood Lane in Appleton, Wisconsin.
