Attorney Adam Gillette of Minneapolis; lying Dumbo

The state of Wisconsin presented Adam A. Gillette with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Adam guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Knowingly made a false statement of fact or law
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Adam practices with Fruth Jamison & Elsass PLL 80 S 8th Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
