Attorney Dwayne Jones of Akron, OH; deceitful scammer

The state of Ohio presented Dwayne Keith Jones with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Dwayne guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as an assistant Summit County prosecutor.

In one matter, during a domestic violence retrial, Dwayne found it acceptable to conceal from the trial court and defense counsel that he found exhibits the defendant had used at the previous trial but had later misplaced.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dwayne by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Dwayne is unbelievably employed as an Associate Professor at the University of Akron.
