Attorney Louis Olivero of Peru, IL; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Louis Eldon Olivero with a law license in 1960 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly refund $2,784 in unearned costs (cheater)
• Failed to render full accounting of use of advanced costs paid by client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (October 2017), Louie practices with Louis E. Olivero & Associates at 1615 Fourth Street in Peru, Illinois.
