Attorney Robert Rascia of Chicago; slacker

The state of Illinois presented Robert Louis Rascia with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected matters concerning several clients
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to make sure conduct of another lawyer conformed with the Rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (October 2017), Bobby practices with Rascia and Himel Ltd. at 650 North Dearborn Street in Chicago, Illinois.
