Attorney Kelvin Bulger of Chicago; lying Dumbo

The state of Illinois presented Kelvin Connell Bulger with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Kelvin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Falsely verified and notarized an answer to a complaint
• Falsely testified in court about verification (perjury)
• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Illinois are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else Bobby was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (October 2017), Bobby practices with KCB & Associates at 4540 West Washington Blvd in Chicago, Illinois.
