Attorney Thomas Cosgrove of Chicago; scamming loser

The state of Illinois presented Thomas Gerard Cosgrove with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while he was employed as an Assistant State’s Attorney, Tommy assisted a judge in improperly dismissing an overweight truck citation to accommodate a friend of the judge.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (October 2017), Tommy practices with The Cosgrove Law Firm LLC at 4316 North Elston in Chicago, Illinois.
