Attorney Edward Chatoian of Fresno, CA; Dumbo, repeat offender

The state of California provided Edward Baxter Chatoian with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The California State Bar found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

Eddie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Misconduct significantly harmed client
• Failed to timely respond to opposing counsel’s discovery requests
• Failed to produce client for properly noticed deposition
• Failed to inform client of significant developments in her case
• Failed to respond to properly served document request
• Conduct re: discovery failures led to client being sanctioned $1,400
• Failed to inform client of court judgement dismissing his claims
• Failed to respond to repeated client inquiries
• Failed to promptly pay funds owing to client
• Repeatedly, recklessly failed to perform services competently (Dumbo)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.  

Eddie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to submit five quarterly probation reports
• Filed to submit law office management plan before imposed deadline
• Failed to comply with probation conditions re: prior reproval

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Eddie practices at 2607 Fresno Street in Fresno, California.
