Attorney Edwin Tolmas of Northridge, CA; Dumbo, repeater

The state of California provided Edwin Tolmas with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from Southwestern University Law School.

The California State Bar found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
• Appeared in matter w/o client’s prior consent
• Failed to make restitution
• Violated terms of probation re: prior reproval
• Failed to file quarterly probation reports on time
• Failed to attend Ethics School (What’s the point?)

As one would suspect, this isn’t Eddie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 75-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Eddie practices in Northridge, California.
