Attorney Elizabeth Reifler of Santa Rosa, CA; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Elizabeth Ann Reifler with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

The California State Bar found Lizzy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved significant harm to client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Lizzy!)
• Failed to comply with discovery requests
• Failed to respond to written discovery
• Failed to advise client of significant events in her case
• Failed to produce client for her scheduled deposition
• Failed to oppose or in any way respond to Marin County’s motion for summary judgment
• Failed to appear at summary judgment motion hearing
• Repeatedly failed to perform legal services with competence (Idiot)
• Failed to respond to repeated client calls

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Lizzy by gifting her with a complimentary reproval.
