Judge Jack Pauley of Charleston, WV; Dumbo, slacker  

The state of New York presented Jack Steven Ezon with law license in 1997 after he graduated from

Yeshiva University Cardozo School of Law.

The West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission found Jack guilty of the following misconduct.

• Approved domestic violence petition on behalf of Mrs. Brandie Martin with no knowledge of the facts of the case
• Left his post an hourly early w/o informing anyone when a police officer needed to file an arrest warrant
• Took over a case from another magistrate to let a suspect go free
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to perform judicial activities in competent manner (Dumbo)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jackie!)
• Failed to perform judicial duties fairly and impartially
• Knowingly violated court administrative rules

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jackie by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2017) Jack continues to sit as a Kanawha County Magistrate Judge in Charleston, West Virginia.
