Attorney Dragan Stojanov of Plymouth, MI; convict, repeater

 

The state of Michigan provided Dragan Stojanov with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

 

The Muskegon County Hearing Panel #1 found Dragan guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Dragan’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

In one matter, Dragan was convicted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, by guilty plea, of

issuing a Fraudulent Document, a misdemeanor.

 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Dragan by gifting him with a complimentary 179-day suspension of his law license.

 

Dragan’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Dragan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
