Attorney G. Reynolds Sims of Troy, MI; scamming fraudster

The state of Michigan provided G. Reynolds Sims with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

The Tri-Valley Hearing Panel #1 found Sims guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Sims pled no contest (guilty in effect) to allegations that GLE Securities (he was President and sole shareholder) engaged in scheme to defraud its customers in connection with the offers to sell, purchases, and sales of common stock of three separate corporations.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Sims by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (December 2017), Sims practices with G. Reynolds Sims & Associates PC at 2075 West Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan.
