The state of Michigan provided Denise M. LaFave with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Ingham County Hearing Panel #4 found Denise guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Denise by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
