Attorney William Deni of Flemington, NJ; ethical gnome

The state of New Jersey presented William P. Deni with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Improperly deposited earned fees into trust account
• Commingled over $1 million of personal funds with client funds
• Numerous recordkeeping deficiencies

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Billy practices with The Deni Law Group at 32 Church Street in Flemington, New Jersey.
