Attorney John Doyle of Toms River, NJ; ethical gnome, repeater

The state of New Jersey presented John Paul Doyle with law license in 1967 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Conflict of interest
  • Represented buyer and seller in same real estate transaction
  • Failed to disclose unresolved riparian claim on property

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentaryreprimand.

Johnny’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in series of conflicts of interest
  • Represented elderly woman’s estate and heirs to estate at same time
  • Entered into improper business transaction with elderly client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Johnny’s self-serving website at http://www.cldds.commakes no mention of Johnny’s misconduct as set forth above. Apparently, the firm chose to conceal this relevant information so as to not limit its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Johnny practices with Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks at 9 Robbins Street in Toms River, New Jersey.
