Attorney Arthur D’Alessandro of Basking Ridge, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented Arthur G. D’Alessandro with a law license in 1962 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Art guilty of the following misconduct.

• Numerous recordkeeping deficiencies in attorney accounts
• Failed to maintain required records
• Used client funds to pay office expenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Art by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.  

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Art practices with D’Alessandro & D’Alessandro, LLC at 2 North Finley Avenue in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
