Attorney James De Martino of Mount Bethel, NJ; scammer

The state of New Jersey presented James De Martino with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Distributed brochures to potential clients who attended estate planning seminars containing false and misleading statements concerning the benefits of living trusts
  • Distributed false advertisements re: dangers of probate court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Jimmy practices in Mount Bethel, New Jersey.
