Attorney Carl Pittman of Panama City, FL; ethical gnome

The state of Florida provided Carl Wesley Pittman with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Carl found it acceptable to engage in a prohibited sexual relationship with a female client at the outset of entering into a contract to represent her in litigation against a car dealer.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Carl practices with The Pittman Firm PA in Panama City, Florida.
