Attorney Edward Delaney of Skillman, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Edward Christian Delaney with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Eddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise client her name had been whited out from a deed
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to third person
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Affixed his jurat to deed signed outside of his presence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Eddy practices with The Law Offices of Delaney & Murphy PC in Skillman, New Jersey.
