The state of California provided Theodore Dennis Stalcup with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Las Vegas (UNLV) Law School.

The California Bar Court found Teddy guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to obey a court order
• Failed to report court sanctions to State Bar as required to do
• Failed to appreciate egregious nature of misconduct
• Knowingly and intentionally violated explicit court order to not gather defense witnesses prior to trial to allow them to jointly discuss their trial testimony

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Calfiornia State Bar Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Teddy.
