Attorney David Wiseblood of San Francisco; Dumbo

The state of California provided David Marvin Wiseblood with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The California Bar Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Misconduct was dishonest, intentional or surrounded by bad faith
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to notify clients of opposing counsel demand to inspect documents
• Misconduct significantly harmed client (victim)
• Failed to inform clients of discovery requests
• Failed to advise clients that court issued order compelling discovery
• Failed to appear at scheduled hearing on behalf of clients
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Calfiornia State Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Dave practices with the Law Offices of David M. Wiseblood at 601 Montgomery Street in San Francisco, California.
