Attorney Kevin Bove of Escondido, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Kevin Alan Bove with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The California Bar Court found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Sought to mislead a judge via submission of a false statement (liar)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Calfiornia State Bar Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kevin.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Kevin practices at 117 North Broadway in Escondido, California.
