Attorney Lucienne Maclaughlan of Ontario, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Lucienne Maclaughlan with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from the University of Windsor Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Lucy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to maintain books and records of her practice on a current basis
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Lucy!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Lucienne by gifting her with a complimentary 1-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Lucy practices at 13 Market Square in Napanee, Ontario, Canada.
