Attorney Martin Zaretsky of Ontario, CAN; Dumbo, loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Martin Ronald Zaretsky with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Windsor Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Abdicated professional responsibility
• Failed to serve lender clients in competent manner (Dumbo)
• Failed to supervise his real estate practice re: real estate transactions
• Failed to be on guard against being duped by unscrupulous clients or associated persons in connection with the personal property transactions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Marty practices at 3950 14^th Avenue in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
