Attorney William Fysh of Ontario, CAN; repeat offender

 

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented William Hughes Fish with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School.

 

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Billy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in professional misconduct
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Billy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished
Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

 

Billy’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in professional misconduct
  • Failed to properly service interests of client
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of her matter
  • Failed to advise client of court dates and court orders
  • Mislead client when he promised
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Billy!)
  • Failed to respond to client communications
  • Failed to perform services he was retained to provide

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished
Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Billy practices at 17665 Leslie Street in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.
