Attorney Tuleep Fernando of Toronto, CAN; bullying loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Tuleep Viresh Fernando with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Tuleep guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to act with integrity
• Communicated with other lawyers in abusive and offensive manner

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished
Tuleep by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license along with a $2,500 fine.
