Attorney Ravinder Sawhney of Ontario, CAN; idiotic liar

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Ravinder Sawhney with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from York University Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Ravinder guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to properly service his client in competent manner (Idiot)
• Failed to contact client’s former lawyer re: pending claim
• Failed to name correct defendant in lawsuit
• Spent unnecessary and excessive amounts of time on legal education and research
• Failed to timely serve/file client’s Amended State of Claim
• Failed to comply with proper court rules
• Failed to act honestly and candidly towards client (liar)
• Charged client unreasonable fee (thief)
• Failed to provide an estimate of potential fees and disbursements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished
Ravinder by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.
