Justice Donald Alexander of Maine; advocate for money laundering attorney

The state of Maine presented Donald G. Alexander with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.

The Maine Board of Bar Overseers found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

Former Angus King was duped into appointing Donnie as an Associate Justice of the Maine Supreme Court in 1998. Donnie didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified lawyer and/or judge in Maine. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the statewide political hacks.

It should be noted that Donnie has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-one years (1986-2017). Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Aberdeen area was about to offer Dave a good paying job.

This isn’t the first award provided to Justice Alexander. To view his prior award, visit the URL listed at the end of this article.

In one matter, Donnie sat in judgment of attorney Gary Prolman of Saco, Maine who pled guilty to laundering $177,000 for a drug dealer and was subsequently imprisoned. An article dealing with Prolman can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article.

Even though the Board of Bar Overseers sought the disbarment of Mr. Prolman, Donnie personally intervened and entered a ruling reinstating the Felon’s law license.

In lame effort at levity, Donnie made the following statements in his asinine ruling reinstating Prolman’s law license.

  • “Prolman has been a valued and trusted attorney and an important member of society.”
  • “The Court also concludes that Prolman’s reinstatement will be in the public interest, and that, with reinstatement, subject to conditions, Prolman can again provide important service to the public as an attorney and resume his role as an important contributor to his community.”

Oh Yeah Donnie Baby! This convicted felon will likely be able to provide valuable “money laundering” services to any drug dealers that require said services in Maine.

And lastly Donnie, stating that Prolman’s reinstatement is in the public interests would be analogous to stating that the release of Charles Manson would be in the interest of the citizens in the Los Angeles area.

In a display of total disregard for the citizens living in the greater Saco, Main area, Donnie the Aspiring Standup Comedian decided on his own to foist this Felon on the good citizens in the Saco area.

Apparently, Donnie the Comic believes that Mr. Prolman has a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law in Maine.

Thanks to this, the citizens in and around Saco can now enjoy the fruits of having yet another convicted criminal practicing law in their area.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Donnie continues to sit as an Associate Justice of the Maine Supreme Court.
