Attorney Jodi Feldman of Toronto, CAN; deceitful loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Jodi Lynne Feldman with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from York University Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Jodi guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Engaged in sharp practice by procuring an uncontested divorce order, when she knew that her client's spouse opposed the divorce and that it was not uncontested
• Failed to treat court with candor (lying) and fairness
• Attempted to deceive court by completing and filing court documents as though her client's spouse was unrepresented, when she knew that the spouse was represented by counsel
• Failed to act with civility and good faith towards the spouse's counsel
• Falsely accused opposing counsel of committing defamation against her
• Failed to advise to tell opposing counsel of divorce order and her client's subsequent remarriage, when the circumstances required her to disclose that information

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished
Jodi by gifting her with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.
