Attorney Paul Winward of Meridian, ID; lying scofflaw

The state of Idaho presented Paul R. Winward with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Improper solicitation of clients
• Lied to salesman he was interested in buying home from homebuilder
• Falsely indicated homeowners that he represented another homeowner regarding the homebuilder’s allegedly defective foundations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Paulie practices with the Winward Law Office at 2352 South Titanium Place in Meridian, Idaho.
