Attorney Oliver Wood of Hamilton, AL; ethical gremlin

The state of Alabama presented Oliver Frederick Wood with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar found Ollie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Ollie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Ollie practices in Hamilton, Alabama.
