Attorney Merrill Robins of Phoenix; convicted thief

The state of Arizona presented Merrill W. Robbins with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Merrill guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misappropriated (stole) client funds
  • Convicted of one or more felonies
  • Failed to file tax returns for several years
  • Made misstatements (lied) in bankruptcy petition

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Washington are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Stevie was never criminally charged with grand theft.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Merrill practices at 3003 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona
