Solicitor Rose-Lyne Gauthier of Ottawa, CAN; convicted druggie

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Rose-Lyne Marie-Andree Gauthier with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Law Society found Rosie of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to one cont of knowledge that inmate Michael Baron was party to the offense of possessing of a controlled substance (cocaine)
• Assisted Michael Baron for purpose of enabling him to escape

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Rosie by gifting her with a complimentary 1-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Rosie practices with RL Gauthier Professional Corporation at 1439 Youville Drive in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
