Attorney Randeep Sarai of British Columbia; ethical gnome

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Randeep S. Sarai with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Victoria Law School.

The Law Society found Randeep guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to acquire and maintain an adequate knowledge of substantive real estate law and procedure
• Failed to serve his clients in this area of law in a conscientious and efficient manner
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Breached numerous undertakings in real estate transactions
• Breached numerous Law Society trust accounting rules
• Breached terms of a practice supervision agreement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Randeep by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Randeep practices with Tiwana Deol Sandhu LLP at 12899 80^th Avenue in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
